Lol

Just decided to put this Wes Craven film up there, just because. Apparently he disowned the film?, but for some reason it was memorable.  Maybe the robot?? Lol

Where Evil Lurks is a great choice. A really interesting take on a classic scenario.

Along those lines A Dark Song is a great watch. More of a slow burn but does a great job telling its story.

The 80's just perfected Horror back in the day.Great time to be a cinephile. Back then, you could walk into a theatre and probably have a choice of 2-3 great films every time you went to the theatre. So you could get shutout of the film you wanted to see  and still see something worth seeing.  [Image: https://denyignorance.com//images/addsmi...double.gif]

Nice one dude and I highly recommend that Argentinian one because it's 'original' - could not agree more about 'Night Of The Creeps' lol - pure eighties genius and remarkably difficult to find these days.

Anyway happy Halloween and if I had to recommend a truly disturbing one for adults then it's 'Wolf Creek' - if it's for teenagers then the 1980's version of Salem's Lot (scared the shit out of me lol)

Never saw either of them. Just goes to show you probably still a few "lost gems" still floating around out there. Actually just watched Trick 'R' Treat last night for the first time. I thought it was solid antholgy type Horror flick. I probably really would of enjoyed it if I was a teenager again Lol. Some pretty good actors were involved, writing was decent, I probably would of changed a few things. who the f*ck takes down Halloween decorations on Halloween? Thats the whole point. Little kids running around and the lady starts taking down decorations. WTF? The timeline seemed a little off. A little too unnecessarely gruesome at times for my taste. But overall it was Solid. Stories were for the most part solid. For a movie that used Halloween as its main story plot overall probably above average.

I would say worth a watch, but you won't have to change your underwear after watching or anything. Lol

Dollar for Dollar, 80's Horror rocked more thoughLol

Yeah, alot of people talk about the tv film 'It' giving them nightmares, Salems Lot probably caused a lot of sleepless nights for kids back in the 70's. Lol That window scene tripped me out as a kid Lol that kid floating tapping on the window.  Wow Lol Don't open it!!! Lol
