Allot of things comes as a surprise in the tapes.  I feel like there is instructions missing and this was designed as part of a program.  I'm using it as a guide and depending the feel of it I will either go in or just listen and relax. Lots of audio ques and symbolism. attachment to numbers etc.

There was a couple of sessions where you ask questions to whatever is out there and in others where you have to wait for a messages.  I'm not being vague, the instructions is literally "whatever".

Yeah, being unprepared intellectually, emotionally and physically is akin to "Fools rush in where angels fear to tread."
