I have the original CD’s - I then converted them to lossless audio. I use these when overwhelmed. When sick at my stomach (a very common thing with my PTSD, my tummy is a mess), and many more cases.

They are really cool files, and a good program. I got them from a torrent years ago and have one or two discs lying around. These days I use some made on YT or posted there.

Lately I have been back into practising OBE training, after years off. i do some astral work, scrying, but astral sight is far easier than a full projection.

I have gotten out two or three times on my own, but that was when my situation was different.

Now I am using binaural beats but it is more difficult. I lost hearing in my left ear so I think that may make it a lot more difficult, unfortunately :(
I am training to be able to do it now, without the sounds, but they definitely help.
