Duct tape and shampoo
#1
One does have something to do with the other, just bear with me here.

Let me start by saying, I wear glasses. More importantly, I wear Bi focals and can't see print without them.

My wife picks out all the shampoo and conditioner. She's been into the skin and haircare thing for a long time and I just use whatever she uses, confident it's a good product. I never really paid attention to all that, thinking "Meh, soap is soap". For instance, when I worked as a coal miner, I used Dawn dishwashing liquid on hair and body. Hey, I got clean, that's what counted.

The shampoo and conditioner my wife uses comes in identical bottles. Sure, there's printing on them labeling which is which, but in the shower without my glasses, I can't tell them apart.

Here's the product - https://www.amazon.com/MONDAY-HAIRCARE-M...9338&psc=1

You'd think "Well just get some in your hand and compare, shampoo is different than conditioner"
Nope. Same color, same viscosity.

So, what's a guy to do when he can't read the labels ?

Duct tape. It comes in all colors these days. Red, Green, Blue, White, Pink, etc.....and I just happen to have a role of Orange in my garage. So, I wrapped a piece around the shampoo bottle and Voila !! No more squinting and holding it at different distances trying to read the label.

Now I just have to remember which bottle I put the tape on.

i went to store got little squirt bottles i use for liquid soap and shampoo in shower

they are same but see through and can tell apart by different colour inside

keep big bottles of stuff under sink and refill them

much cheaper buy bulk!

also no logos visible that is tacky and bothersome but i am weird that way so that may not apply

but as always with wife it is what is acceptable but duct tape is a good idea!

or a rubber band?

I have been doing that for years. I have a Hustler 6X6. On board top up fluids are in condiment squirt bottles. Red, motor oil, the engine is red. Silver, transmission fluid, the transmission is aluminum. Black, chain lube, the drive chains are black.

If you go to Hobby Lobby has all kinds of colored and patterns of duct tape. Dollar tree has fewer colors but much cheaper. For small items, there is electrical marking tape.

Remember, nothing shows shoddy workmanship like wrinkles in the duct tape.
I know too much and question everything.
Does anyone know the minimum safe distance of ignorance?
Did anyone ask the monkeys how much fun the barrel actually was?

I was hoping to hear about some new kinky stuff using duct tape and shampoo. I have to say I am disappointed [Image: whipyellow.gif]

I thought this was going to be about Sen Kennedy making a joke that AOC was the reason they put directions on shampoo bottles and if you’ve ever heard her speak, the duct tape is self explanatory.
Apparently I’m in cult now, someone here told me so.

Going to have to start duct taping the deep heat tube, never leave it next to the toothpaste either

how many of you have a secondary toothbrush+toothpaste in the shower?

it's a game-changer

I get your dilemma.   This is the way my head works:   In your shoes, I would use a marker to color in the "N" on the shampoo and the "O" on the conditioner.   Why?  Because N is first followed by O, that is, Shampoo first, then conditioner.

That probably doesn't help.   It would make sense to me.
