Added.  A PBS station near me plays BBC radio news from time to time.  And I have an internet player site that lists and plays all the BBC radio and numerous UK radio stations over the internet.

I’m in the US.  I can get BBC news from their YouTube page.  Do you understand how the internet works.  Can you show the news bit in question wasn’t posted to the BBC page and accessible from the US.  If I really wanted to.  I could use VPN that would allow my devices to act like they are based in the UK.
