It's almost as if these folks in the 'club' of conspirators considered themselves to truly be "Illuminati."
As if they were emulating the caricature... for effect.
Interesting that the "Illuminati" operates in utter darkness.
You bring up a point that I was going to leave out , but automatically lumping religions, cults, or spiritual systems into some larger group of 'Evil' 'Satanic' etc generally gives conspiracy theorists a bad name, and makes them look like they don't do their homework or research.
It plays to the stereotype of conspiracy theorists as ultra conservative, bible thumping, uneducated yokels, which is exactly what I am trying to show 'normies' that many CT'ers are not.
From what I can see the 'Illuminati' conspiracy driven by hip hop culture has no basis in fact or ties to actual occult orders. It's all internet speculation.
Another case in point is the Satanic Panic of the 80s, if we lump anyone in a largely libertarian group like the OTO into 'evil satanists' we end up sounding uninformed. That whole thing was found to be false and based on group hysteria.
Now, to the topic at hand, if Jay Z and Diddy raped a 13 year old, of course they should be prosecuted. And in no place in the OTO or A.:.A.:. to my knowledge does it advocate hurting other humans.
Crowley said that every man and woman is a star, and thus they all have their own true orbits, and should not infringe on the orbits of another human being or fellow star.
I remember when people accused Marilyn Manson of being a rabid Satanist and killing babies. It's the same kind of nonsense.
