Unfortunately there is no independent way to know which of the 165 deaths in ICE custody were documented immigrants with constitutional rights because there are gaps, omissions and probably deletions. Considering you have a broken immigration system and people were abducted while going to court to do their lawful duty to remain documented, we can only guess as to the numbers.
