Only thing I can think of is whoever compiled the report used a date-cutoff an these are all from newer, not historical reports? Also LMAO cause the formating in part of the report is very obviously a"cut & paste" right from MUFON's website!!

Since Rendlesham was more than 10 years before that, it wouldn't be included. However I imagine there wouldn't be no data to correlate, which points to those descriptions being inconclusive or deliberate omitted. It may be a 'can of worms' sort of thing, or it could point to information given in more detail in other, redacted sections of the report.
I wonder if anyone's found any tell-tale wording or copied phrases that might indicate the source. The formatting seems like a bog-standard office document.
