Have all hearing participants connected to an electroshock machine ran by IA with voice and facial recognition. When a persons runs over in time, or speaks out of order. They get an electrical shock. The longer they speak out of turn, the greater the shock.
Any other ideas? Too bad we couldn’t get politicians to pay into a laying jar every time they lie. But then who controls the true.
Or how about each hour the government is close or there is a national debate, they are docked a growing fee every hour. First hour, 10 cents. Second hour, 20 cents. And so on.
