The risks would be making the people relive bad memories, or what are you referring to? Why must the synchronicity be bad, there is no rule that says it has to be linked to whatever symbolism triggers trauma. Like in the OP, the lady found love and healing

I'd say synchronicity is neither good or bad in itself, my opinion is people would notice more if they were a bit more perceptive but that's mostly a suspicion. Just like paranoia isn't bad in itself and anxiety is a normal bodily response. However if a person is suffering extreme anxiety and emotional dysregulation that affects an individual's ability to think then that's really not good for the individual. I'm not qualified to diagnose mental illnesses but if it walks and talks like a duck... It might just be quackers?

I agree their seemingly is no rules to it, it's the only reason I mentioned my own experiences because for me it was all definitely a positive experience, I made threads on ATS about a few of them at the time which would be around 15 years ago.

I've known 4 people to go through similar experiences, to this day I couldn't say with any definitive certainty what causes it and why some would feel pronoia (like the lady in the OP) or paranoia. hat's the theme I've found though, a strong feeling that something or something is leading the experiences.

I am sharing what I've done so far, which worked for me.

"Fools rush in where angels fear to tread." has been one of my guiding principles.
