Time.

The truth only needs be covered up long enough for people to stop caring and to forget.

So true. Certainly enough distractions to keep people from thinking about things like the Twin Towers. Of course 24 years is more than enough time to bury that one, so almost no one will listen to conspiracies or care now. That was almost 3,000 deaths, and with a death toll in Gaza that is way higher, there is a much larger reaction to distract from anything else at the moment.

"Poisoning the well." This is starting to make sense now. They have used people to spread an alarming increase in miscarriages- like over 80%. Then after examining the statistics the miscarriage rate doesn't come close to that so it's dismissed. However it has increased significantly along with stillbirths.
