Quote:While ZipRecruiter is seeing annual salaries as high as $172,500 and as low as $23,500, the majority of Full Time Crack Head salaries currently range between $79,500 (25th percentile) to $105,500 (75th percentile) with top earners (90th percentile) making $141,000 annually across the United States. The average pay range for a Full Time Crack Head varies greatly (by as much as $26,000), which suggests there may be many opportunities for advancement and increased pay based on skill level, location and years of experience.

The ghost of Norm MacDonald?

Is this a construction slang of some sort, like a type of masonry or grout-related thing? What is this I found googling "What is the average salary of a crack head?" Apparently Berkeley, CA has the highest paid crack heads of all.

I really can't explain why I find this so amusing or even why I was compelled to google crack head salary after getting asked for money again, but there you go.

Maybe this belongs as a cannabis PSA. I smoked it, and now I'm posting about Crack head jobs.

I think the confirmation of your postulate will come when we see advanced university-level curriculums offered for a mere $200,000-$350,000 per semester tuition packages over 4 years.

"Crack Head, PhD"

(that is until "crack heads" academia goes "woke"... then all bets are off!)

Do they actually have a position posted?

Because I would definitely apply for it.  Never done crack, never would, but just to find out what the job was, I would have to.

So, hubby is in the masonry field, but he has never heard of a "crackhead" position in that line of work

Very weird!
The earth provides everything we need.
We thought we could do better.
We were wrong.

Bahahaha Seriously WTF?

I have never seen a crackhead be able to hold it together long enough to see a year’s wages.

Clearly they must be talking about something different than what I know as a crackhead.

(sigh)

It's a website.  Humans put things on websites.  Nobody vets websites.

Humans who like to troll things put a lot of stuff on websites, and in the current "let it all burn" zeitgeist, we see a lot of this.

Remember that our motto on ATS was "deny ignorance"...

It was only in Chit Chat because there was no jokes category to put it in. Almost put it in cannabis.

I'm still a child at heart, and it's evident by my posting this. It reminded me of Norm MacDonald's "Worst Jobs In America" joke.

Then I thought it might be some industry slang I'm ignorant to. Like how a farmer is a "sod buster" or a "bolthead" is an iron worker. Maybe I'm just being stoned and this is a skilled construction slang.

I partially wanted to rule out my ignorance before I declare it a ZipRecruiter Easter Egg. Also it was really really funny

Some street addict was asking everyone for 5 dollars before security chased him away. Not just spare change, but exactly 5 dollars. So I asked my phone "what is the average salary of a crackhead?", and was amused by the top result from ZipRecruiter.

Everyone is too serious anyway.

Did you read Norm's book? The fake autobio. It was fun  ,but I wanted it to be better. I barely laughed. It was more sad :( The whole thing was like him making fun of himself and his life.
