Absolutely, the cell phones are surveillance devices and I tried to turn off the tracking but so many other features I need are integrated that it's like I have no choice but to keep the tracking turned on.

 I think the jury is still out with people transmitting unallocated blue tooth signals. Alive or dead this issue would require a lot of data centers to process the information. There seems to be a lot of data centers going up in a falling economy so carrying a cell phone is optional, So it's not that foolproof for biometric identity it would need something more precise to allocate resources on your personal carbon footprint.
