That's a pretty flower
#1
These are lovely flowers aren't they ? They'd be nice to include in a bouquet of wildflowers or roses right ? It'd give them just that little extra ommph  to impress your wife or girlfriend. Or boyfriend.

Well... problem is, one of those is Poison Hemlock and the other is Queen Anne's Lace. One of those can cause serious neurological problems just by getting the sap on you and the other is just a pretty flower. Before hemlock blooms, it looks like the top of an overgrown carrot. It even has a root that looks like a carrot and some people mistake it for wild parsnips. If you have this on your property, wear gloves, dig it up { don't just cut it } and Do Not Burn It. The smoke is toxic.

By the way, the first one is hemlock.

I achieved 100% Herbalist in Red Dead Redemption 2, therefore I am already an expert on this.

Seriously though, I did, and it was only when I drove cross country and was looking at the wild plants growing next to the rest areas and thought "hey that looks like that flower from the game!" that I realized I had been subtly educated. Stupid video games! Mad

You'd be amazed what people will plant in their flower gardens without really knowing what it is. All they see is a pretty flower and think "Oh, I'll plant those". Like this. It's called Datura and is highly poisonous and psychoactive, which means you're gonna be tripping balls right before you die.
