I think her title should be 'Clean Up Woman'.

I was just pointing out that though the thread is about Afua Atta-Mensah's remark about "white liberal women" referred to as "white meat", her position is an appointed position. Zohran Mamdani was elected as Mayor.

Speaking of "Mamdani shrugs off 'white meat' tweet storm" (title of article from the far right Tampa Free Press). TFP reposts articles from Daily Caller.

Daily Caller has an article about the right wing acronym AWFUL, which stands for Affluent White Female Urban Liberal.

Conservative commentators have used the term to describe liberal women protesting immigration enforcement in Minneapolis following the fatal shooting of activist Renee Good by an ICE agent on January 7.

The NY Times even contacted the Department of Homeland Security about its growing popularity.
DHS spokeswoman Tricia McLaughlin was unmoved. “I’m more concerned with facts on the ground than I am about acronyms,” McLaughlin told the paper.
 
The NY Times reported that conservative commentator Erik Erickson posted on social media that “an AWFUL (Affluent White Female Urban Liberal) is dead after running her car into an ICE agent who opened fire on her.” Orlando radio host Pierce Outlaw called such women “the scourge of polite society.”

I find it ironic that right winger ICE lovers criticize someone for calling an "AWFUL" a pejorative.

Suddenly, I feel for white Liberal women.
No wonder some pretend to not be Liberal.

I have been somewhat tolerant of the new Mayor of New York City. I sorta kinda get his take on landlords. But today a story appeared on the front page of msn.com. The headline is as follows:

New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani is standing firmly behind his newly appointed Chief Equity Officer, Afua Atta-Mensah, despite a fresh furor over her past social media posts that targeted "white liberal women" and referenced "taxing the white meat."

Pressed by reporters at a briefing on Monday, the mayor dismissed concerns that the inflammatory language should have disqualified her from the top City Hall post. Instead, Mamdani doubled down, calling Atta-Mensah a "brilliant addition" to his administration and confirming that his team was fully aware of her online history before she was hired.

Past, present or future this freak of a woman needs to disappear immediately. As in dismissed. For this guy to even nominate her for this position is above and beyond just a whacked out woman of black privaledge. Its down the road sick. 

As such my gloves are now off as this guy appears with a smile on his face who apparently appeals to enough people to have been elected. So now this. Yes, The False Prophet has apparently arrived in New York City. This is the many of several wild and crazies that hes hired. Both appear to be mentally unstable, yet they know enough to cover their racist tracks.  I equate them to WWII Nazis.

While I understand that the USA has a problem with ethnicities and genders, using inflammatory language is not conducive to everyone being treated equally as human beings under the law.

It really sounds like people need to re-evaluate what DEI policies were attempting to do.

Perhaps we need to ask ourselves whether DEI policies are still necessary to redress imbalances and inequalities caused by the attitudes of some people.

I think it is disingenuous to demand that this politician lose their job, when exactly the same sort of language is flung in the opposite direction by your President. Perhaps they should both loose their jobs if they can't play nice?

I've known for a long time now that if people want to do something stupid, you can't stop them because they don't realize it's stupid. All they see is the rose not the thorns, so to speak.

Because of their Liberal ideas and policies, many people and companies are moving out of places like New York, Illinois and California, because they can see the writing on the wall. Even the NYSE is starting to move away from Wall Street and shifting to Dallas. Billionaires are fleeing California before the "one time tax" passes....ok anybody who believes it's just once needs their head examined and billionaires didn't get rich being stupid....

When the millionaires and billionaires are gone and there's no one left to pay for all that "free" stuff, the average Joe is going to find out free is very expensive.
