Anyone ever read about "Facebook for Law Enforcment"? Its was a toolset that was sold to cops and other gov agencies, I dont know if its still a thing, as it was a while ago when I heard about it and there is very public info on it.

That was a great vid, she laid out a lot to digest, especially with all of the sub groups in some of the diagrams, programs within programs within…….  There’s been a lot of discussion of the topic on ats over the years but she really put it together well.   Definitely learned some things.

Something else she touched on which I found of interest was the human aspect of it as far as the self reflection of people that troll.    She nailed it by mentioning what a sad and pathetic human being you must be in order to troll for a living and having to live with yourself and your actions.

 I’ve always thought the same…. What kind of person must you be to wake up in the morning and try and figure out how you’re going to spread hate and division for the day in order to influence opinions of people you don’t even know.  Do they make a itinerary of the day’s hateful objectives?    

I couldn’t do it and maintain any sense of self worth or dignity.  You’ve basically reduced yourself to a large steamy pile of excretement with bankrupt morals and ethics whose sole purpose in life is to hate on others.  What a pitiful life and existence that must be.  You’d think it would create quite the moral dilemma inside one’s self wouldn’t you?  Yep, sign me up for that, not… SMH

I meant when you wrote the word shill it was automatically blanked out, just like when you wrote  LSD or said a swear word. I get it with swear words but not being allowed to say shill, especially with what it means… yet people were allowed to say “crazy conspiracy theorist” all day long as well as other derogatory remarks. 

The fact is Shills exist as this thread highlights, it’s something everyone who doesn’t tow gov/corporate lines should be aware of.

It might have been because a few idiots started throwing it around at people purely because they didn't agree with their response.

I got called it after someone posted a Virgin media cable box motherboard as a '5G covid' box. The thing had a clear manufacturing number on it, that if typed into any search engine gave you a clear picture of what it was and was 10 years old at least.
At the time it was even on a site to help engineers locate problems on it.

I told the member it took me 30 seconds to find it, and then maybe a few minutes longer to clarify it was what it was, and that they should of checked it.  The response was I was a shill!!

Yes, it's a deflection tactic like Trump Derangement Syndrome or Leftie or resorting to name calling when members are unable to hold a civil or proper fact-based discussion try to make it appear the member that is critical or scrutinizing is somehow deficient or has ulterior motives, while completely ignoring the facts.

He’s only clarifying what he meant after I did the same. You try to make it sound like I can’t  understand what he originally said in the first place. You’re the one with that issue.
