Spanish is my second language, and my using it has nothing to do with some secret message encouraging people to break immigration law. 

It is a language of heart, beauty, and soul... I happen to like it very much.

A miracle is often a sign.  The OP seemed to be uninterested in its implications.  

Perhaps had the people had more faith in providence, they would not feel compelled to flee their own country.

Isn't his Kingdom not requiring sustenance for morals to continue to exist?
