Havana syndrome
#11
It somewhat picked my curiosity, so I went around on the web to look for interesting piece of info I could fetch from public domain, and I found this : HAVANA Act

I wonder why and how they decided 2016 as the eligible year for indemnity. One could wonder if something may have been developped, or happened around that time. Indeed, 2016 was also the year where all eyes were focused on Trump's presidency candidature.
As far as the apple tree is concerned, there's probably not much difference between a worm and a human...

but hey.

To be fair the Russians did attack the US embassy with microwaves back in 1953.

Can't remember the timestamp but it's covered in the vid below along with Dr Robert Becker's opinion on the woodpecker signal.

Back before cartoon journalism took over CNN was even reporting on the subject - strange to think this was over 40 years ago.

Not to detract from the thread but any thoughts on this case - 15 Gigawatts is a lot
I said over on the Moduro thread that anyone still living in fear of a nuclear war need to get their heads out of the prehistoric era. I have believed for decades that sound weapons were going to be more lethal than an atomic bomb.
Thank you for posting this video. I feel vindicated to a point. But, it also shows that the Russian's were already ahead of the west in this technology.

Nice one Jane, would say designer viruses are probably the biggest threat but sound weapons are definitely up there.

Regarding Soviet tech Professor Anthony Sutton goes into quite some detail about EM 'behaviour modification' below and some evolved form of it could be why we are seeing so many highly suggestible, gullible and apathetic people these days.

I swear to god some of them would walk off a cliff if the television news told them to do it.

There's also discussion below about the 1978 book 'Microwave Auditory Effects And Applications' by Dr James C. Lin (which covers 'the Frey effect') and Delgado's 1969 book 'Physical Control Of The Mind' which also seems very relevant to the modern world.

I totally agree about designer viruses and yes they are up there with the sound weapons.
Decades ago I was told by a friend who was in the military at the time, that our lovely Porton Down had developed a virus that would fit on a pin head. It only needed to be put into something like a grenade in the middle of Moscow, and every living breathing human or animal in Moscow would be dead in 11 minutes. On the 12 minute troops could walk in on Moscow with no bio-hazard clothing. The only problem with it back then? They normally develop an antidote alongside developing biological weapons. Apparently this 'thing' took on a life of its own and outpaced the antidote to the point they didn't have one. He's also the same chap that told me about sound weapons. This was 46 years ago. God knows what they have now!!!
Don't even start me on an experience myself and one of my children had on the Turkish side of Cyprus a couple of years ago!
We ain't see nothing yet!!!

My interest is definitely piqued about Cyprus lol - probably needs a separate thread but thought this was a rather unsettling discussion about tailored virus evolution and how the new WHO treaty has now incentivized over 94 countries to start performing weaponized GOF experiments.

As for the EM weapons we're not supposed to know about it looks like psychopath scientist Jose Delgado figured out decades ago that low-power pulsing magnetic fields directly affected moods and behaviour by testing on unwilling psychiatric patients.. so like you say 'God knows what they have now'.

Here he is at the 1972 U.S. Congressional 'MKUltra' hearings preaching that 'man does not have the right to develop his own mind' - what an odd thing to say.

Regarding that MKUltra testimony really thought this vid was a good one and looks like the 'Rockefeller Commission' investigation into CIA activities was one of the biggest whitewashes in American history.

It's relevant because there's curious content in the minutes about the NIH putting monkeys to sleep by targeting their brains with radar and some form of that tech is probably targeting unsuspecting humans these days.
