That's depressing. I incorporate what I am told is a degree of denial for the discomfort of those stories.
They're outgoing. While there may be a logical reasons for how you lose bureaucratic track of 320,000 Central American children, even if it is caused by standard practices and misleading testimony, it sounds like the official discrepancy is from no shows at hearings and loss on contact, not necessarily indicative of being lost or sponsored by criminal organizations. The testimony may paint a misleading and vastly overstated scenario.
Or it could be completely real and there are 320k slave children. They should probably get on with finding them right away. If it's real, they will. It's 320k children!
I'm also burnt out of it all. I want to hear about what they're going to do, not reminded again what it is the other they did.
