I do not know if your cherished Baphomet is linked to the alleged Goatman Cryptid Sightings. The alleged Goat of Mendez. Wouldnt surprise me. The Pagan God Pan. The pipes could represent its vocal chords being an Infrasound weapon. The Horns could represent the Shofar that calls them in. Didnt Jesus banish them at the Cave of Pan/Hell at Mount Hermon where the Nephilim habituated.

I want to respond but it appears your spammy proselytizing and hermaphrodite goat obsession has already been banished to the cave...
No worries, I used to live in a cave.
But then one day i came down to the village to see what was up... but before I even got to its center there was this wound up agitated dude at the gate. And while he thought he was mimicking the words of the savior, it was all way off. It was like, "Yeah, that is nice, but you're standing in public yelling loudly at everyone, and you look like you haven't slept in a while."
But then Corinthians 13:1-3 came into my head and thus I spoke to the proselytizing prior...
Quote: If I speak in the tongues of men or of angels, but do not have love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal. If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have a faith that can move mountains, but do not have love, I am nothing. If I give all I possess to the poor and give over my body to hardship that I may boast, but do not have love, I gain nothing.
At that point it was best to just pass.

I find those words... harmonious, but we shouldn't need the bible to tell us that "all you need is love."
I am just grateful it's part and parcel with the message contained.
Hence the unfortunate 'ambiance.'
We are not in 'combat' here. No need for the confrontational posture...

But like you pointed out earlier, the term "Satanic" has multiple meanings.
Correct -- the Church of Satan in name is kind of an in-your-face joke. It started out kind of a sex cult.
But like most things it has evolved.
Yes, it is atheistic. No -- atheists are not Satanists -- as in believe in Satan. To believe in Satan you'd first have to believe in God.

Hidden meaning:
That story was a reference to the fool encounter in Thus Spoke Zarathustra. The chapter is called "On Passing By."
In the book after encountering the fool Zarathustra says,
"Where one can no longer love, there one should pass by."
Instead I wanted to use a christian verse that said something similar, and that was the closest one...
Its about not quite getting the wisdom of the prophet and still being trapped in behavior ironically opposed to the message.

The Satanic Temple is legit -- as far as followers of Satan.
Not to be confused with the Church of Satan -- which has nothing to do with Satan/Satanic worship.

I'm on the fence where the big fella is concerned.
I've seen plenty of horrendous things happen in this world.
And it is humans who are predominantly responsible.
If Satan does exist, he's got competition.
Considering some of the atrocities we are capable of committing.
And against our own kind no less.

"Yet so it is, we see the illiterate bulk of mankind that walk the high-road of plain common sense, and are governed by the dictates of nature, for the most part easy and undisturbed. To them nothing that is familiar appears unaccountable or difficult to comprehend."

How similar is Satan, to man?
Interestingly, very.
More interestingly... he appears to hate that.
Or we might ask... How similar to Satan is man?

That is also a description of Krampus.
"Half-goat, half-demon monster
Krampus is a half-goat, half-demon monster from Central European folklore, particularly associated with Christmas. He is known for punishing misbehaving children during the festive season, serving as a dark counterpart to St. Nicholas, who rewards well-behaved kids. Krampus is often depicted as a horned creature with chains, hooves, and a long tongue, and his name derives from the German word "Krampen," meaning "claw". The tradition of Krampus is celebrated on December 5th, known as Krampusnacht, when he is said to visit children."
The children don't look disturbed at all.
"The only journey is the one within."

Just to clarify -- I consider myself a Spiritual Atheist. IMO -- the concept of a religious god is man made.
That doesn't mean there isn't individual "energy consciousnesses" floating around sticking their nose in people's business.
Everyone is responsible for their own actions -- both good and bad. No outside "go-to guy" for redemtion.
