i think the specifics were that hilary would only submit a written statement, whereas bill would respond verbally for no more than 4 hours to a list of prewritten questions. given how that guy can ramble and the fact that doesn't allow for followup, i wouldn't expect much. of course the democrat lickspittle press is representing this as clinton graciously giving them everything they're asking for but the republicans are on a witchhunt.
