Encounter at the ocean
#1
This was around late 2002-2003.  I was at the beach and saw a very comical looking couple walking towards me.  The guy was big and barrel chested, like a huge dude.  His girlfriend was petite, the complete opposite.  They looked strange enough that I remember it to this day.

At the same time I felt a strong pull towards the ocean an and saw oil rigs filling the horizon, as if there was a giant city out in the ocean.

That's the story, it's as accurate as I can make it 20 years later.

Forgot to mention I was under emotional distress at the time and why I was at the beach, important thing to mention when this stuff happens..

Besides just being one more weird story, hearing Lue talk about the USO and large structures in the ocean reminded me of this. So I went to look at google earth and found this.

If anyone has a link to good ocean maps I would appreciate it. No idea what I'm looking at above.
And just because it's Sunday, what is near that location?  A very busy port for Iron ore.
Quote:That iron ore mine is pretty impressive and is serviced by one of the longest trains in the world. One leaves the mine every 9 hours. At 342 wagons it was 3,780 metres (12,400 ft) long.

What else? Uranium and all the gold and coal in the world you would ever need for a large base under the ocean.

Not interested yet? How about the only nuclear plant in the region.  The south Atlantic anomaly is above it and Antarctica is also next door.

sorry, a mod can merge the posts.  Just rolling with it.

Here is exactly with Luis said:
Quote:Joe: "If you can't tell us about, can you give us some sort of an understanding of like, what you're talking about?"

Elizondo: "Yeah, sure, uhm."

Joe: "Without being specific."

Elizondo: "Yeah let me see, uhm, ok yeah, uhm. There is a uh, a video, high resolution video, of a, I can't say what platform it was taken from, I can't say where it was taken from."

Joe: "Ok."

Elizondo: "But uhm, an object that you know. Do you know how large a, uh, an off shore oil derrick is? They're huge right?"

Joe: "Yeah."

Elizondo: "They're almost like a small city, they're like one city block, they're huge, they're enormous things. Uhm, there is a video that shows one of these objects underwater, that goes by uh, the speed was calculated between 450 and 550 knots underwater and it was bigger than the off shore derrick that it was passing, because you could see in the video the offshore derrick and you could see this thing zip right by it."

I don't believe anything that large or fast exists underwater, including man-made, natural or supernatural.

Could there be 'classified' stealth military equipment underwater?

Well yes, I don't even think that's conspiracy.   Thanks for posting Luis quote.

You are welcome. Another thought about it moving that fast, just how would an observer calculate the speed?

Edit to add:

However, I do understand that when looking at some people they come off as looking strange/odd. This happened to me rewatching the UFO congressional hearing video from 2023.

The camera must have caught Ryan Graves at a strange angle (Graves standing taking oath, camera angle below him) because his appearance seemed to be tall greyish (lanky) ET hybridish to me. Unless he is a shapeshifter, because his appearance seemed totally humanish normal (not overly lanky) when being filmed on the Rogan show. I'll put it down to visual angle distortion in my mind for now.

There is actually tricks you get trained on in the military to calculate speeds distance and sizes of things.

So there is the mobile construction vehicle that is rumored to exist, and then there are also whole civilizations rumored to exist. Sidhe, Olympians, lizards, nazi's.... the list is long.

Was it hot and sunny? Maybe beginning stages of heat stroke?

Defiantly not heat stroke. I wish I could say I was in good health but that is not the case.

Ponder this, some people reading this takes my word for it.  Others are confused.  Others see woo and a cockamamie story.  At least for the high strange event.

Searching for the underwater/ocean base is just me making a thread from a paranormal event and watching where it goes, because why not.

Hi, nice thread, thanks for sharing.

Perhaps we could factor in all the tunnel boring machines that have been around for many decades? Many of them are apparently "sidelined" after use due to the cost of dismantling, but what if some of them keep going...for decades? Any costs can be absorbed into new projects (why build one when you can have two at twice the price?), and a skeleton crew would be all that is needed once the initial project has "honed" the operating to be minimalistic.

What we may be seeing in some of the underwater maps are the deposits from inside the tunnels and/or tunnel construction along the seabeds that join landmasses to a global transit system underground.

"As Above, So Below".

And let's not forget the connection here of a certain you-know-who.... Mr Musk.

"The Boring Company" is nowhere in the spotlight is it, but everyone looks UP at STARLINK and SPACEX instead.

Trust nobody, always use your mirrors, always drive YOURSELF.

------

And on a sidenote because I can, I believe in the possibility of "TIC-TAK" and similar craft being the manifestation of a concentration of energy at the exact focal point of a very powerful telescope on a distant world looking at us. Should we be CAREFUL where we point the WEBB telescope too?

It could explain their amazing ability to defy our physics because we perhaps need to take the perspective of the telescope projecting energy to a point from a HUGE distance. High precision and minute movement around the axis at "their" end results in huge change in distance at "our" end.

Next come the solid probes.

Oh...hang on....
