Sirius, at the 7:39 mark, the doctor says he only gets secondhand stories and he can find no causation between injuries and UAPs or UFOs. He also says that he cannot explain what would have caused the damage absent some kind of radiation, such as ionizing radiation - "enough heat on you is radiation is just a different frequency".

I am just delving into the military plasma/laser balls and columns projects, so it appears plasma is a type of ionizing energy would it not stand to reason that there may be more radiation in our environment from these types of projects than TPTB want us to know about?

So basically project blue beam gives cancer?  Sounds about right.  Thanks for reminding me plasma exists, I'm already thinking about it as viscous state for 4D object.
