Cordero, a model, was transphobically mocked in the media after she filed an October 2007 lawsuit claiming that Epstein had forced her into “bizarre and unnatural sex acts” when she was 16, leaving her “deeply hurt.”
In her lawsuit, Cordero alleged that, in 1999, Epstein lured her to his mansion, undressed, and requested a massage. Cordero said she felt frightened but agreed, at which point Epstein suddenly began “violently” touching her genitals, pushing her head downward and demanding oral sex

During the related court hearings, investigators discovered Cordero’s trans identity, HIV-positive status, past psychiatric hospitalizations, and past use of heroin and other drugs. Her case was dismissed for falling outside of the five-year statute of limitations for pursuing such charges, though she had unsuccessfully sought to claim insanity in hopes of extending the time limit for pressing charges.
The New York Post‘s October 23, 2007, coverage included the headline, “Gender-bend shocker, Kinky-sex suit gal is a man.” The article claimed that she had been “living as a female” since age 12 and had been taking gender-affirming hormone treatment. The Post reported that Cordero’s lawsuit against Epstein said that Epstein’s assault required her to seek medical and psychological care.

Clearly he was a very sick individual who had the ways and means to procure individuals for his actions. He was also able to stay under the radar, or entice others into his actions and world in order to create a cushion or barrier to hide behind, safe from detection and prosecution.

I feel that so many people have been involved in this type of behavior (either with Epstein or others), that full exposure and prosecution is never going to happen. It’s an insidious form of control over the politicians, CEOs and top level executives of way more countries than the US. I believe that it’s global, and it’s preying upon world leaders to control their actions for nefarious purposes.

I feel incredibly sorry for the victims of these individuals, as I’m sure that they are only seen as something to be used and then thrown aside. These are someone’s children for God’s sake, not just property or garbage.

 I know it won’t happen, but I would like to see the ones at the top of this group, whether it is the “Hidden Hand “ types or whoever, get justice served against them.

I feel that so many people have been involved in this type of behavior (either with Epstein or others), that full exposure and prosecution is never going to happen. Epstein etal are clearly the tip of the iceberg.

It would be pure folly to even consider that Epstein is/was/will be the only Procrurer of this immoral behavior.
And far too many decadent elites to be confined to one island of dirty deeds.


It really seems those talking the loudest about Epstein & Co. believe the evil ended with him.

I can't help but think this was a truly socio-pathically afflicted apex narcissist who was a convenient 'free agent.'

His exploits were the stuff of 'exploitation' in both body, spirit, and effect... candy for those who are most naturally inclined to 'influence' and 'coerce.'

He was, ultimately, a tool.

They set him and his chick to "sacrificial lambs"...

But somehow I think these people who thought "that ought to make all this go away" must really not "get it."

These people, and those who 'used the criminals' thereafter, were preying upon children as the "honey" for their "pot." ... and no, this was NOT the Hollywood Madison Avenue trope where the good guys never "let" anything "bad" happen... they wanted the bad things to happen in the first place... shades of a PR-man in the bunch.

The narratives all center on a celebrity bad guy....
If we can agree that we are NOT seeing the entire thing dissected out,
We can at least accept that some of the 'guilt' hiding the truth is inside the construct itself...

I've been reading Epstein's bio (several).  Is he a sociopath?  Or born without a conscience (yes, that happens). He seems to lack boundaries.  

His first teaching job at age 21 -- he got booted for inappropriate behavior involving female students.

It started early.

But he is apparently highly intelligent with an aptitude for numbers/math.

He seems to be able to manipulate people for his benefit as Trump does.  

In the end -- he's a high-powered pimp.

While Ghislaine Maxwell is Epstein’s most famous girlfriend  — especially after she was convicted of sex trafficking —  she isn’t the only woman Epstein used to help him get ahead in business. According to the Times, Epstein chose many of his early girlfriends based on the people they could connect him with. Epstein dated his boss Ace Greenberg’ daughter Lynne. According to the report, this gave him an elevated status at work, with many of his colleagues noting that Epstein rarely faced consequences for mistakes or outright company defraudment. He also dated Paula Heil, a former Miss Indianapolis who worked as a junior saleswoman at Bears Stearns. Epstein used her introductions to start a working relationship with the wealthy British family the Leeses. (Epstein used this relationship to meet big names on Wall Street who had generational wealth, and eventually was hired by the family as a consultant; the patriarch of the family, Douglas Leese, fired him after he allegedly used a company card for personal airfare and lavish hotels.

Epstein even took advantage of people who were only tangentially connected to fame and wealth. The Times investigation included a lengthy interview with Patricia Schmidt, a woman who revealed for the first time that she and Epstein had a sexual relationship while she was working as an assistant at Bear Stearns. During their relationship, Schmidt said Epstein used her to help his relationships with clients, which involved giving them tours, and using her as a go-between to get research information directly from the firm. “It was always about getting him in a position of leverage,” Schmidt told the Times. “I was his plaything. It was like, ‘You are someone that’s going to help me get where I want to go.’” The Times also published excerpts from Schmidt’s journal from the time of their relationship, which included a story about a disagreement. After Epstein found out her mother’s name was Arlene Dahl — a match for a famous actress at the time — he was excited, only to become upset when he found out there was no relation. “It was terribly awkward,” Schmidt said. “He sort of felt played.”
