Do you hate certain people?

I see today's woke liberals are far left activists who also lack proper guidance and perspective. Who or what do they serve?

I see today's Democrats as needing restructuring and relearning their ideologies. Who or what do they serve?

I see today's Republicans as a fractured and splintered mess, also without any real concrete or lasting ideologies that all members can stand by. Which splintered group serves who or what?

Again -- extremists are extremists -- doesn't matter what the subject/belief is.

Christian Nationals -- are extremists.  They want God's law -- sound familiar?

Organized religion is about control -- no matter what the belief.

Which political group is using Christianity as part of their platform?

To me WOKE just means accepting people for who they are.  Do those people have a political right to fight for laws that benefit them?  YEP they absolutely do.

Woke means the exact opposite.
It means to hate those who you disagree with politically and try to silence them.
It means to be a perpetual victim and constantly falsely accusing groups of people.
It means to engage in racist identity politics.
It means to accept and/or engage in violence to further your 'cause'.
It means to reject science when it goes against your political ideology.
It means being full of self righteous arrogance.
It means to be infected with a mind virus that destroys common sense.

Some use the word woke to define one thing, while others use a completely different definition.

"Woke is now defined in this dictionary as “aware of and actively attentive to important facts and issues (especially issues of racial and social justice),” and identified as U.S. slang. It originated in African American English in the first half of the 20th century and gained more widespread use beginning in 2014 as part of the Black Lives Matter movement. By the end of that decade it was also being applied by some as a general insult for anyone who is or appears to be politically left-leaning."

You do realize that all Democrats are leftist as well as being woke (the insult) in 2025 as per the cult?

See how words matter?

Please, lets not turn this into a political discussion, OK?

I suppose my real point is that words matter here on DI and calling them out for what they are should be championed.

"Hate through words

Hate through words can manifest in various forms, from simple insults to hate speech. It is a powerful emotion that can have devastating consequences. Here are some key points to consider:

"By understanding and addressing hate, we can work towards a more inclusive and compassionate society."

Maybe you and the AI you're using can. Myself, I'm getting to the age where for the most part, I'm indifferent. However I've found that society seems to have gotten to the point where if I say "whatever, I don't care about your weird shit, do whatever it is you want but don't try and involve me and please don't crap on everything I care about", then that very indifference is termed "hateful".

At which point I'm left with no honest option but to employ the "fuck off" card.

You don't seem to be indifferent here on DI with us. I don't believe after your post that you are really indifferent, because if you were you would silently and calmly not have any reaction, you would have already moved beyond any passionate feelings about everything and anything.

You know - getting to the 'chill out dude' stage, or the 'kumbaya' stage, or acceptance as in 'it is what it is' stage, or the 'que sera sera' stage...you are at the 'fuck off' stage.

Right!  The concept of WOKE has evolved.

Here's my take on Left and Right.  The Right is confined in the control circle (they want full control of everything) -- everyone else colors outside the line.  It can be abstract - modernism - pop - whatever -- just outside the control circle.  Freedom to think, freedom to be different, freedom to be who you are.

That is NOT saying to be irresponsible.  Everyone needs to be responsible for their own stuff.

But the world is no longer black and white -- it's a whole spectrum of "colors".

This all reminds me of the women's rights movement.  I lived before - in the middle - and now after.  Did you know that a woman prior to 1974 had to have a man sign for her if she wanted credit?

The woman's rights movement is still moving -- women still do not have full equality.

WOKE is here to stay -- and keep moving forward.

Hate?  Hmmm -- dragging people into the modern world?

Where does that happen to you in real life?

The right are the ones that wants to blow up the filibuster?

The right are the ones that want to add states that are currently bastions of progressivism?

The right are the ones that want to pack the Supreme Court with Soros approved judges?

The right are the ones assaulting federal police forces?
