The allegations were revealed in court filings for a shocking new lawsuit filed by registered nurse Michelle Spencer.
The lawsuit, filed in California, reveals bombshell claims of institutional misconduct at Community Health System (dba Community Medical Centers, or CMC).
Spencer, a labor and delivery nurse, accuses CMC of concealing a dramatic increase in fetal deaths following the hospital’s Covid “vaccine” policies, implemented in 2021.
The lawsuit alleges fraudulent concealment of adverse outcomes, retaliation against whistleblowers, and prioritization of institutional profits over patient safety.
The lawsuit, Spencer v. Community Health System (Case No. 25CECG03557), claims that the health system concealed an alarming rise in fetal deaths after Covid mRNA injections were mandated for pregnant women.
Spencer, who worked at CMC’s Community Regional Medical Center (CRMC), alleges that the hospital failed to investigate Covid shot-related causes for the devastating increase in stillbirths, a move that, according to the lawsuit, violated ethical and legal standards.
 According to Spencer, fetal deaths surged by up to 5,000% among pregnant women who received mRNA injections.

Should I be surprised at this point?

There is a lot of incentive to scrutinize the "medical communities'" practices during this "novel" opportunity to force a global experiment.

Ironically, the first to suffer the "reaction" to this "problem" were the like of:

- hospitals who had to lie to everyone about "not having beds" when the stark reality was they had no staff... 
- They screwed up their medical databases by reporting all viral infections similar to a flu as COVID.  Now we have a giant chunk of statistical data that says while the COVID event was underway... we apparently eliminated the influenza virus!  (Too bad that never made the news... they would have had to explain that all that data is now garbage.)
- They socially stunted a generation, while crushing their families economies...
- They had the unmitigated gall to "socially" pressure citizens... and weaponized it.
- The preemptively secured absolute immunity - while assuring us it was safe and effective... (even though it was inadequately vetted as a safe product.)

You know what?

No... I am not surprised that we are finding forced gene manipulation in living humans to be hazardous to their life processes... not surprised at all.

No "shocking lawsuits" here, just personal knowledge:

Of the 5 pregnant women I knew about in the last 1.5 years or so, all resulted in normal babies, twins in one case.

When I went on my marathon pandemic research in 2020, the information I uncovered was called crazy conspiracy theories. All a bunch of whacked out ideas about COVID and the mRNA shots, that today we are finding out are true.

Four or five years ago, even though I had scientific and medical studies to back up all the crazy talk, few paid attention to it. I posted the 21st Century Pandemic Timeline on ATS, and everywhere else I could think of, it had all the info lined up chronologically and left me no doubts about the information I had put together. Still, hardly anyone looked at my posts, even when I was constantly directing people to it.

I got tired of repeating myself with hardly anyone taking it seriously. Plus, early on, I was risking a lot with my knowledge and refusing the shots, I was lucky to get my job back even after I quit for awhile. Well, just look at things now! I posted all my research on my own forum board I created for that purpose, a dead drop for the forbidden information that was getting people fired and canceled during the pandemic days. I had the greatest fear that all this information would get covered up and disappear, I guess I was wrong, it's all coming out now.

About 1 in 4 pregnancies end in miscarriage or "fetal death".   

As far as im aware, that statistic has not changed, mRNA vaccines or otherwise.

I remember the "rumors" about miscarriages, but never looked into any statistics then or now. You know the rumors, like Fauchi and GOF studies, Wuhan lab origins of the virus, how the mRNA would leave the muscle tissue and travel around in the blood, how it can pass through the blood-brain barrier and placenta, how the spike proteins can gather in the nads and how the body will continue to produce the spike proteins for years after getting the "vaccine". Everyone should remember all that crazy nonsense conspiracy theory talk going around back then.

Those sources cite that about 1 in 4 pregnancies(around 25%), some even 1 in 3, end in miscarriage.

That's not changed down to mRNA vaccines.

This is completely anecdotal - 

A young lady my wife works with, she's about 25/26 has lost 2 pregnancies, both around the 4 month stage. Her Doctors say she is perfectly healthy and can't find any reason for the fetal deaths.

She is an R.N. and fully vaccinated.

Somehow "one in four" seems very wrong to me....

But obviously the system is reporting it as "ho hum" fact....

But

One in four means a lot of broken hearts out there... I wonder why we haven't heard from one quarter of all people trying to bring a child into the world...

I must live under a rock to have missed the media sorrow... the activists wailing... the daily trains of funerals...

There is something amiss with my memory...

While I commend Plaintiff for her whistleblowing on what she believed may or may not be practices harmful to pregnant women and their unborn children, right now, it appears she could not get any other employees, whom she said agreed with her observations, to join her in this case. So that is suspect.

This case seems more leaning towards a labor dispute case and not so much a case to investigate the fetal deaths further.

This plantiff seems to have guessed or estimated what was going on and she says that other employees also agreed with her assessments, as well, the plaintiff did not have access to any patient medical records, so she really did not have all the data to make any informed decisions IMO.

In any event, this will be an interesting case to follow because of the fact that many are claiming the vax was causing blood clots on a widespread basis, but in reality, new studies point to blood clots still being rare events. The point here is that this new found knowledge was not known at the time and what was known at the time was that giving the vax saved more lives than not giving it.
