He just briefly mentions Billy the Gates involvement in Event 201, however I believe he plays a much more significant role and not for the reasons mentioned.
I have all 5 of his books. The first one "Business @ The Speed of Thought" was published March 1, 1999 and it was already set up by the numbers, it has 23 chapters.
I've been trying to figure out his motivation. There was the Microsoft anticompetition challenge and his performance was very damaging- so he took an ego hit plus he had to step away for the good of the company.
He came from a eugenics background so that fits.
What I come back to is his son Rory- born May 23, 1999. Melinda gave Rory the middle name John, someone that she had been very close to at Microsoft before he died. Perhaps Rory is not his and that lit the fuse of anger. Watching his and Melinda's tweets and Instagram posts they do not acknowledge his birthday or make any references to him, unlike for Jennifer and Phoebe. A lot came together around this critical year. He also pivoted the Gates Foundation towards the Decade of Vaccines.

All I see is the rage that has built up. Obviously there was other operating arms building the infrastructure, tinkering and financing. Billy has an entire army of paid for scientists, researchers, universities, governments and the list goes on.
Also it is strange that he was never nominated for a Nobel Prize for anything at all if he was doing so much good for the global poor.
The Columbine school shooting was April 20, 1999. That would be 3 days before Melinda's book "Moment of Lift". Inspiration? Or by design?
