Lots of speculation out there once again about 'weather control' amidst the recent devastation of (and smart city plans for) Jamaica.

God knows what NRO/NSA etc satellites are capable of these days but when it comes to the objective history of 'controlling the weather' it does look to go back a very long way.

Naturally there will always be people that scoff at the very idea but given all the countless billions poured into black op holes then don't think anything is off the table these days.

There used to be a wonderful old ATS thread listing specific patents but that's long gone now.

Always thought Kaku was on the NOC payroll but he does bring up 1960's CIA Vietnam weather control in the scripted news clip below (the newsreader is very quick to mention 'allegedly' though).

It is obvious-but-unmentionable that weather modification as warfare is being deployed. Or perhaps North Korea's crops keep failing because they're really bad farmers.

Strange though: my gut tells me that the same group/entity/whatever is behind the chemtrail spraying as the nebulous drone swarms. It's just a feeling. Anyone else get that?

It's the same kind of "there-but-not-there" phenomena where subjectivity, coincidence, and reality itself seem to conspire to keep people's eyes shut.

 National Weather Service offices around the country are on guard after recent threats to agency infrastructure — specifically Doppler weather radars — from a violent militia-style group, emails from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s security office show.

The group Veterans on Patrol, which the Southern Poverty Law Center defines as an anti-government militia organization, views the NWS’ network of Doppler radars as “weather weapons,” according to an internal NOAA email sent Monday and seen by CNN.

A previous email informing the NWS workforce of general, non-specific threats was sent May 1. Monday’s email was more action-oriented, with the NOAA security office noting they are aware of “several encounters,” physically or virtually, with Veterans on Patrol.

“This group is advocating for anyone and everyone to join them in conducting penetration drills on NEXRAD sites to identify weaknesses which can be used to ultimately destroy the sites,” the email stated, using an acronym for the weather radar network.

“The group referred to the NEXRAD system towers as ‘weather weapons,’ and claimed there were no laws preventing American citizens from destroying the ‘weapons,’” the email states.

I love it when they mention "HAARP of the southern hemisphere" and they post pics of the array near Exmoth Western Australia.... if they could control the weather up there cyclone season would not exist and it would be 10C cooler.
