Believe what you will, but we could be seeing  global chem trails in the future.

If they can't control us with fear, they will try chemically.

Far out in space, where geostationary satellites orbit, a half-dozen school-bus-size satellites crack open and start dumping barium, lithium or sodium. Within minutes, sunlight transforms this material into an ionized gas shield that slows the oncoming massive blob of plasma.


 
The last really disruptive solar event was in March 1989, which knocked out Quebec’s power grid for nine hours. In 2012, a solar “superstorm” more powerful than any seen in at least 150 years narrowly missed Earth. And in 2024, near the peak of the sun’s current cycle, solar storm Gannon forced New Zealand power-grid operators to activate their mitigation strategy. The same storm caused a GPS outage during a critical planting time in the Dakotas and northern Minnesota that cost farmers an estimated $1 billion.
 
The idea of StormWall is to help boost the magnetosphere’s defenses when big, bad stuff heads toward us.
Think of it as an air bag, says Daniel Welling, a professor at the University of Michigan and co-author of the StormWall proposal. It would only be deployed if and when all other protective measures have been ruled insufficient. And like an air bag, deployment is a one-time thing.

Sure, this could be a real thing. Saving billions by protecting the earth from solar flares would be a scientific breakthrough of a lifetime.

Or it could change the earth into an open air prison planet.

Sure, this could be a real thing. Saving billions by protecting the earth from solar flares would be a scientific breakthrough of a lifetime.

Or it could change the earth into an open air prison plant.

I think they might have the prison "plan'et" covered already...

I don't think it's in the atmosphere, though. It's 6 satellites in geosynchronous orbit.  Its a space shield of released metals turned into rapidly diffusing plasma shield. 

In the Pegasus Galaxy they used the USS Daedalus' Asgaard shield to deflect the CME and save Atlantis and the psychic whales. But I dont think its in the solar system right now. 

As for real applications for chemtrails. I think that may actually be useful when climate change becomes a ManBearPig problem that actually starts killing a noticeable amount of people. 

The trails would be sulfates to create a false volcanic winter.  And you'd need thousands of monthly flights. 

Other than that, I want to know what they could possibly do.

Like even the hypothetical "Mind control" aerosols. Why use ineffective aerosols that dissipate and spread unevenly by winds, or are subject to convection, when you can put infrasound speakers on planes or weather balloons as high as the troposphere and play inaudible music at 18 to 19 hertz - that causes everyone below to feel uneasy or even terror? A la "The Dark Presence."

That's the thing, the entire planet saving satellite system does not even need to be real. More for appearances, and generating fear, then of course they can pretend to be our saviors.

That is a thought I had not entertained. We all know how much government bodies love to spread fear. I'm almost certain a select group of people do absolutely derive pure joy from creating fear in the masses.

True there have always been sadists, and fear has always been a great way to control the masses.
