Blueprint For AI Government Revealed.
#1
Curiously situated in Berlin the WEF's 'Global Government Technology Centre' have just dictated a new report on AI governance of humans ('agentic AI').

Don't worry WEF partner IBM (whose history they'd prefer you forget) put their best PR team on it and came up with a nice fluffy definition here - there's also an alternate article below which puts developments into a slightly different context:

Quote:Welcome to Your Nightmare: The Externalization of the Agentic State

Why they chose Berlin—a city with such a troublesome history regarding governmental totalitarian control—one can only speculate. But it is fitting.

GovTech Campus Deutschland is a collaboration between the German Government, German state agencies, the science community, and is also supported by the Eclipse Foundation.

Founded as the Eclipse Project by IBM in November 2001, with support from a consortium of software vendors, it builds on a dark legacy regarding the company's role in providing “GovTech” (punched cards) to Nazi Germany (as described in Edwin Black's book IBM and the Holocaust: The Strategic Alliance between Nazi Germany and America's Most Powerful Corporation). Strategic member companies include IBM, Microsoft, SAP, Oracle, Huawei, Fujitsu, Bosch, and Red Hat.

The GovTech they will now provide is something the Nazis could only dream of. The technological development has since changed the game and created the conditions for a control state with chilling consequences for the freedom of mankind.

According to the unelected, unaccountable eugenicist technocrats at the WEF this new global AI regime would be a 'fundamental shift' in the history of government so pretty important stuff.

The WEF report also casually admits it would 'challenge contemporary notions of participatory decision making' but nevermind I'm sure everything will be fine - especially when it comes to absolute algorithm compliance and punishment.

Quote:What is the Global Government Technology Centre? Why are they writing whitepapers on The Agentic State? Why are they proposing that governments use AI to create virtual twins of everyone on the planet in order to predict the future? And how does this relate to John Dee, the World Brain, and the centuries-long occultic quest to unite humanity in a world organism? Find out the answers to these and other questions as we talk to Jacob Nordangård of The Pharos Chronicles about his new article, "Welcome to Your Nightmare: The Externalization of the Agentic State."

I can understand the concern with the dumbing down of humanity to allow AI to do "all" the research and decision-making for us, but I won't be using it for that.

AI can't experience, feel, nor be in any conscious state - famous last words. Creativity is not algorithmic. We comprehend, AI can not.

It does appear to offer a means to time saving/management, faster learning/research, but that does not mean we have to rely solely on it for all the information and/or decision-making. Absolutely not within the academic world because how can an individual be graded on their critical thinking if it is not really their critical thinking?

"Intuitive
Because agentic systems are powered by LLMs, users can engage with them with natural language prompts. This means that entire software interfaces—think of the many tabs, dropdowns, charts, sliders, pop-ups and other UI elements involved in the SaaS platform of one’s choice—can be replaced by simple language or voice commands. Theoretically, any software user experience can now be reduced to “talking” with an agent, who can fetch the information one needs and take action based on that information. This productivity benefit can barely be overstated, when one considers the time it takes for workers to learn and master new interfaces and tools."

I get where you are going with Germany/WEF but we need to take a watch and see stance with that one, IMO.

Interesting and scary at the same time.  People are amazed when I tell them about the history of IBM. And Hugo Boss.

A.I. can be a great tool or our worst enemy.  Like all tools, it's how the people use them that determines which way it swings.
And I'm gone.... Like a crack in the past....

I hate the word Algorithm. It is exactly the same as an algebraic equation.

If x = y then z, its just algebra like we used in Basic computer language.

Ever hear anyone use the term alphanumeric any more? All variables in an algebraic equation.

I hate how they replace all the old terms and wording with new ones that only makes things less clear. Don't get me started on acronyms, God I hate that even more.

Another step in the relentless and chilling march toward total systemic control of everything natural and real.

I've seen how AI is working in UK health care and simply, it isn't working for patients but does mean healthcare workers no longer feel the need to actually work.

The algorithms are created to search and recognise specific words, make arbitrary judgements of what the issues are and then make decisions on what treatment, if any the patient is to receive.

I made an online self referral for pain issues related to 4 separate areas of my body. The algorithm recognised the word ''back'' and a worker sent me an email with attached leaflet for exercises for back strain. I do not have backstrain and as described in my referral,  I have torn ligament. About the other problems, nothing was mentioned, sent or responded to.

This action by the ''worker'' told me one thing; she did not bother to read anything at all.

These people and now with this newly proposed ''Agentic'' government/governance/systemic control vector, are truly the Borgs the darkside have been waiting for.
