Black Magic

About 1969 the Soviets reportedly establıshed an
official group in their covert program devoted to
collectıng information on black magic. This group,
headed by D G Mirza, was given its own secret
laboratory (M4 in the Appendix) in Moscow and was
assigned the tasks of identifying, locating and
evaluating the capabilities of sorcerers, witches, and
the incantations used by such individuals 23 It is
unlikely that this avenue of investigation has
produced any applied paranormal systems, but the
data collected may have benefited other areas of
research and may have improved their techniques for
training subjects to acquire or to improve paranormal
abilities. Thus, the research may still be included in
the Soviet program
COVERT RESEARCH FACILITIES
Some information is available about the activities,
size. location, personnel, and organization of covert
Soviet parapsychology research facilities,9 23 46 but
much of it is old (mid to late 1960s) and is second or
third hand Hence, it is not possible to provide a
complete or accurate description of current Soviet
facilities Enough information is available, however,
to indicate strongly that the reported facilities did exist
during the 1960s and that they were continuing to conduct research into the early 1970s 23 43

THELMA Moss, Ph.D., is a medical psychologist and assistant professor at the Neuropsychiatric Institute, University of California at Los Angeles. Prior to entering the academic field in 1959, Dr. Moss spent 20 years as an actress, performing in theater, films, and television, as well as writing scripts. She began study at the University of California in Los Angeles in 1959 and was awarded a doctorate in psychology in 1966. Since then she has held her present position.

Dr. Moss has chaired psychic research symposia through the University of California Extension and has taught courses on parapsychology. Since 1961 she has published nearly three dozen professional papers and one book, My Self and I (Coward-McCann, 1961), which is a case history  of her own LSD therapy under the pseudonym of Constance A. Newland. Dr. Moss is a consultant on Kirlian photography, psychic research, and acupuncture research to various business and government agencies.

Reports of telepathy research-including one often
quoted Moscow-to-Novosibirsk experiment-have
appeared in Soviet open literature since the mid1960s But the only indications that similar research is
being continued in the covert Soviet program are a few
reports from human intelligence sources.9 23 41-44
According to this information, the Soviets are
attempting to use telepathy in connection with their
manned space program23 and are trving to influence
remotely the behavior and/or the physiology of
unwitting targeted indivıduals 23 41
Analytıcally useful experimental results from the
telepathy portion of the applied Soviet research are
not available, and little comparable, well-controlled
US laboratory research has been conducted. The single
noteworthy exception is one telepathy experiment
conducted about 1970 in the USSR 36 and repeated,
with similar results, about two years later in the US 34
These experiments, both reported in the open
literature, demonstrated that physiological changes
could be monitored in a recipient to indicate when a
light was flashed (at a repetition rate of 16 Hz) at a
remote sender

Early in 1971, I was invited to lecture to UCLA medical students on the subject of parapsychology. This was an exceptional (and welcome) request, for I had just returned from a trip to the Soviet Union expressly to explore current Russian research into “biocommunication” (their term for ESP).

One student inquired how the word was spelled, since he had never heard it. To repeat, this was early in 1971. Within the next months, Dr. Dimond and others reported on their visit to China (8)

A lucky prelude to my Russian visit had been an ESP symposium at UCLA in 1969, to which had been invited I.M. Kogan of Moscow’s Scientific and Technical Society of Radio, Electronics, and Biocommunication. Kogan had accepted the invitation and had forwarded his paper, in Russian, in time to be translated into English for a simultaneous bilingual presentation. ..“The Informational Aspect of Telepathy”...

Kogan had conducted short- and long-distance telepathic experiments that in some ways were remarkably similar in results to our own. For example, in one of our long-distance studies, we had attempted transmission of “emotional episodes” from transmitters in Los Angeles to receivers in New York and Sussex, England (24). One of the most successfully transmitted episodes was that of “space,” in which a series of slides and sounds had been presented to the transmitters, showing satellites and rocket ships in flight, with astronauts walking in space. From Sussex had come one receiver’s impression in writing: “I could see the world as if I were in a space ship.” And from another receiver in Sussex: “War of the Worlds, H. G. Wells? Or the next war involving death by the use of satellites and flying platforms.” From New York had come: “Dark edges, a centered pinpoint of light… a swinging weightlessness.” And from Los Angeles, a receiver wrote of the impression of “twinkling stars versus a black night… universal fear of the unknown.”

As might be inferred from these (and numerous other) responses, there was an occasional direct hit, but much more frequently there were given symbolic representations of the episode, distorted presumably by the receiver’s emotional reactions on an unconscious level—such distortions, condensations, and symbolic representations being very similar to what psychoanalytic literature has described as “primary process,” so often found in dreams and fantasies.

The quality of most published parapsychology literature has been poor, or at best suspect, and often has been totally unscientific. The field frequently has been associated with the occult.

A recent study by the DCI's Scientific and Technical Intelligence Committee refers to hints that a new direction in science lies in the area of parapsychological research*

The report was prepared by the Office of Scientific Intelligence and was coordinated within CIA. The cutoff date for information is January 1977.

These include claırvoyance (remote viewing) to acquire intelligence information about remote locations not accessible by other means,  telepathy to influence remotely the physical and/or mental state of targeted individuals, and telepathy to establish covert, possıbly undetectable, communications channels. They also may include psychokinesis to affect the operation of remote electronic circuitry.

The program has been broad in scope, but its focus appears to be narrowing to those areas identified as having the greatest potential for applied use. 

This phenomenon, often termed remote viewing, also has been identified by US. researchers as having high potential for applied use 28 29
In addition, the Soviets reportedly have been studying telepathy, psychokinesis, and black magic in their covert program, as well as integrating biomedical instrumentation technology with various techniques used in hypnosis, autogenic training (biofeedback), and yoga.9 23

Subjects attempting to "remote view" often have been poor at interpreting the data they acquired through paranormal means if they attempted to analyze the data too quickly. Apparently, memory interfers with the accurate reception and interpretation of information.30

Gellerstein Their activities, which encompassed a broad range of applied parapsychological investigations, were believed to be supported by the Ministry of Defense at three "research" facilities. These three (M1, M2, and M3 in the Appendix) formed a functional unit that allowed people and research projects to be compartmented into separate levels of classification and security.

Nonetheless, the data available strongly indicate that such a program was initiated around 1960 and that the research activities in selected areas of investigation are continuing.

Based on the areas apparently chosen by the Soviets for applications development and on the results of US research, the major potential impact of Soviet applied parapsychology research is in the area of intelligence collection.23 Clairvoyance, particularly in the context of remote viewing to acquire information about objects and locations that are inaccessible by other means, appears to be the prime candidate for applied use. Telepathic means of agent communication also appear to be under consideration. In particular, the Soviets may use physiological sensors (perhaps in combination with a preestablished binary code) in an attempt to develop a reliable, quantifiable communications channel.

Nonetheless, the Soviets probably now possess a large data base concerning specialized training methods not available to Western researchers

The potential for using telepathic channels of information transmission actively to induce behavioral and/or physiological changes in an unwitting, preselected target cannot be addressed meaningfully based on currently available US data. Many claims have been made in the popular press that such effects are possible, but no documented or well-controlled laboratory experimentation has been completed. Again, only the Soviets have what is probably a sufficient data base to assess meaningfully the potential applications

There is no reason to assume anything paranormal about Kirlian photography. Experimentation in both the US and the USSR, however,  indicates that this technique may be an excellent biomedical sensor of several physiological states As such, it may prove to be useful for  medical diagnosis and for developing novel lie detectors or stress (emotion) evaluators.

paranormal information transfer mechanisms have led to speculations about detectors similar in principle to the Sergeyev detector. These considerations suggest that such detectors could be developed into remote physiological monitors and perhaps even covert, shortrange communication systems.47

Sorry I have been stalling on the thread due to complications. There is a parallel poltergeist investigation happening on my end. It's all a bit confusing at the moment.

Thelma Moss's book is short, 28 odd pages and well worth reading. Of particular note is that she describes the methods and experiences of the persons performing or showing ESP and PK like abilitites. In short, two categories of experiences. One the person feels/does an action and describes it. The other group doesn't know, they don't day anything, the abilities manifest without conscious effort.

Length of time before abilities manifests varies between sessions, I suspect it has to do with the environment. Cycles of nature is interesting.

One person focused on moving a compass needle first because it's easy and then move on to demonstrating other abilities. I have found this to work also on related topics.

"Bioenergetics" if anyone want's to go down the conspiracy rabbit holes, check it out. Look at the soviets, the research goes back to the early 1900's, don't get stuck on the 80's or whatever. It feels like there was a counter intelligence program that started up in the 70's, but probably just another in a long series of such programs.

Now consider that story vs the first. In the first story the lady is talking about reincarnation, and going to church and stuff like that. Spiritual in the classic sense vs the whatever the fuck new alien explanation for the cosmos from, what in the actual fuck, who? psy-ops?! Why do an op on religion and explaining the cosmos, where is the rational? Fantasies of Stranger Things and Stargate is easy to conjure. Some helpless Colonel is siting there thinking "wtf do we do" and the poor man was raised ultra conservatively and the hammered into order.

Or it's Satan, yes Satan has take over the US Airforce.

Still following leads here. Found some pretty gruesome tests that was done in the previous century in order to study concussions. Greater results where found with instant acceleration than deforming the skull.

Talking about one persons abilities, she didn't "do" anything, just went into trances and performs autonyms actions after a time, this is common.

Need to follow up on ectoplasm, I have a theory on how it works and it's related to the topics

Feedback is important, it comes up all the time on many topics, it is part of training/cultivation and I know this from experience. People remote viewing that which can't be verified is strange and I don't understand how they can remote view and not know this. I see many contradictory statements and practices from people that should know better.

Another example on feedback is training to control body temperature using a thermometer to check. I might try this at some point, I have managed to do it a couple of times without intention, but didn't have a thermometer. Weird and gross, not much else to say about that, there is a bubble of moisture that surrounds and emanates from you. You can shake your hand it waves around and stuff, it's gross and weird idk. could be useful for healing. Basically sweat vaporizing but also something else perhaps. Somewhere in books I have more on this topic.

I try and steelman this shit and then I think about the permission slips from the parents because they are minors and what not and I just don't know.
 
Overall interesting document and reads very familiar in style and message. These things always reads like manifestoes, this one debates Marxism and Leninism etc at the start. It's easy to compare to the crap from our lizard friends. idk. bless their smelly hides.
