When the default posture of governance is that all citizens "may" be criminal...
Monitoring the population becomes a means to address fear.
Sadly, in the U.K., the government has to contend with the very real fact that the citizens are recognizing the difference between 'fear' and 'manufactured fear.'
Same in the states...
The problem with most 'cabal' government models is that dissent becomes crime... and 'virtually' anything can be said to be dissent, non-compliance, obstruction, and thus criminal.
We're next - here in the states.... soon with added LLM/"AI" "AUTOMATED" policing.... such a 'convenience' for 'cabal governments.'
Just wait... their plan gets better, more ambitious, even less "flexible"... their failure to provide "safety" is inevitable.
