The owner told me his grandfather started the business and it was handed to him. He told me it’s art for him.

He had 100’s of animals. Even from Africa. I would not want my dog stuffed and put on a shelf. Yuck!

Thats really impressive. I have always liked taxidermy, if it's from natural deaths or accidents.
Might as well celebrate the form and beauty of the creature as long as you are not hunting the poor prey animals.

yes that is a problem; i have learned to freeze things in portion sizes and that helps somewhat;

saturated fat is where it makes you feel greesy-ick? i don't know i don't really believe in nutrition much although i try to keep pace with what people think.. i like pie with a nice large glass of whole milk and i understand that fat is soluble in milk so that might help;

and also really there is reason dessert is after meal because you need ballast to handle it

not only for the gluttony but the bowels!

please enjoy your food.

@sahgwa

Yes it was cool but odd, amazing art. A few years ago here in Detroit they had a show downtown. Called body works. It was showing at the Detroit Instite or Art.  It’s all human dead bodies.

I sent you the link. If it’s in your area wow it is something to see. I still feel off from seeing real humans dissected!

Museum with real human parts.

Easy to forget they were once living spirits, and the same with the animals.
