No.

Do any examples of UFO or Alien encounters convince you that aliens have indeed visited earth?

No.

Have you personally encountered an alien or other being from beyond earth?

No.

Do you believe because "it's impossible with how large the universe is that other life forms don't exist"

I think it's likely that there are other planets that have/had life, and in some of those some specie(s) may have become intelligent enough for space travel.
Finding and reaching us is a different thing.

I'm an atheist.

Does it make sense that there seems to have been no mass contact (like....take me to your leader type of contact) ever in the history of the world we have available to us?

Mass contact may not be the best approach, and we do not know how an alien species would think, so I don't think lack of mass contact proves lack of alien existence or even presence on Earth.
