Someone (maybe stupid) at my work emailed everyone in her role as Technical something or other to encourage us to use Co-Pilot AI in our workload, and 'let her know how it's helping you!' (omg! oh boy!) .  I just deleted it and uninstalled Co-Pilot from my computer.  These people are trying to get their own jobs replaced by incompetent machines.

The Longevity Cult is saying all jobs will be replaced by 2030.

Sounds like Heaven to me.  No more drudgery!  Freedom!!

Well the Longevity Cult, you can find their influencer feeds on X.  Bryan Johnson is probably the most famous member.  Ray Kurzweil is the OG.

As for the Evil Murder Cult, they hide behind the faceless organizations of law enforcement, corporations, and financial institutions.

Haha resist, I love it!
I am so glad I decided to pursue my own ambitions and start my own business. 
What's funny though about 3 years ago I would've needed an entire engineering team to accomplish the tasks I now use AI to do....
So I really didn't help on the resist front but I answer to no man, aside from customer requests.

I have taken some interest in AI, cuz from my perspective, it could promote equality, by giving everybody free access to the same level of expertise.

It may even phase out the monetary system if it’s productivity gains in the labor market are as good as some believe they will be.

I don’t believe in turning my body into a cyborg tho, that such would be an ideal goal.  Neuralink has helped people who have brain injuries, but i dont think it’s a substitute for a healthy brain.

I think people still need to be at the forefront of discovery.  But maybe AI can help to spread discoveries more immediately, breaking through the resistance of sick institutions.

AI learns form the Internet. AI post crap on the Internet. Over half the information put on the Internet this year is AI made crap. Go back to the first sentence and repeat many times. 

That is why AI is useless for most information and only getting worse. It is just learning from what others of its kind have already posted. 

It is no longer garbage in, garbage out. It is garbage round and round.
