Good question, Idk. I don't have that information yet.  We'll have to wait and watch this development as Russia and China don't get along historically.  It will be interesting to see if the Brics is successful due to China and Russia's equal hatred of the US.

If the Brics are successful I don't think it will be because of China's and Russia's "equal hatred of the US" but because they found the things they have in common that can be better if they work together.
