From FoxNews: Man arrested outside Trump Coachella rally denies assassination intent; he's 'all in' supporting Trump
Narrative changed.
The man being accused of a potential third assassination attempt on former President Donald Trump spoke with Fox News Digital and says the claims against him are false in his first extended interview since his arrest.
Vem Miller, 49, said he reported the guns to authorities, which he says he always travels with despite never using them, at a checkpoint to get into Trump's Coachella rally on Saturday evening and argued that documents Riverside County Sheriff Chad Bianco said were fake are legit.
His arrest on gun charges sparked speculation, following two assassination attempts on Trump since July. But he was quickly released on $5,000 bail and so far, no federal charges have been filed.
Silly thought: Maybe the guy was bait for something... I wonder what? Or was it an opportunity seized? Those are incomplete questions, on purpose.
See, not an angry dangerous would be assassin, just your normal angry far right Trump supporter and "Sovereign Citizen" which carries multiple guns and forms of identification everywhere - and only appears like a possible assassin or scam artist. Perferctly constitutional and normal.

I think I know this tune! The next movement is his shadowy ties to Russia, right?

I'm sure during Obama he was "Tea Party."
Not exactly unexpected. Not like a guy that refuses most federal authority would support Harris. Like the real version of Dale Gribble.
That or he was there to test The Riverside Sheriff's Department's readiness. Not really a threat to anyone but revenuers. Only agency that will look at him now is the IRS for being a Sovereign Citizen.
Unless Trump wins and abolishes it first?

Yes.
I didn't keep the name "Degradation33" because I didn't create it originally. It's a really stupid name, especially with the intentionally cryptic 33.
This guy did. (sorry, that's the one of the few pictures I have. He doesnt care if I post it and has since joined the internet boycott)
We joint resurrected the account partly out of covid boredom (and me not wanting to make an account of my own) in 2020. And then it went from there.

Democrats keep pumping the rhetoric and celebrating the attempts.
Very bad for our country.
p.s. Joe hinting he’s going to have Trump on his show.
UPDATE
"sovereign citizen" they claim.
THEY RELEASED HIM!
what the heck!
booked on gun charges and released… California at its best?
UPDATE 2
suspect says was not assassination attempt. He was Trump supporter.
so is this just California gun laws going crazy?
Tim pool tweet
It turns out that it wasn't an assassination attempt. It was indeed a Trump supporter who has apparently gone to several of his rallies, carrying guns.
I recall a number of rally photos that show Trump supporters doing open carry.
He's a sovereign citizen and had (according to one report) a fake paper license plate on his car, which is why he got stopped. In his car were a number of clearly fake id's and passports with different names. https://www.cnn.com/2024/10/13/politics/...index.html In spite of what they believe, the government has laws against "make your own" license plates and no amount of verbal wrangling is going to get you out of trouble if you have fake license plates and a lot of fake id on you.
I'll be honest... the photo of him on the Newsweek article ( https://www.newsweek.com/vem-miller-trum...la-1968401) is kinda scary looking.
So... no, just a sovereign citizen who is very much a Trump supporter and fan, with a fake license plate who tried to get in with (faked) journalism passes.

Thank you so much for adding that.
That "sovereign citizens" are "the type" to hoard fake IDs really hadn't occurred to me. How did the detention of this individual go down? "Hey, you have a gun? You're an assassin! This counts as an 'attempt' now! Quick, call the press!"
also
Why, in a state where officials claim ID requirements should be "forbidden by law," would you have so many IDs, I wonder?
I guess I'm in that kind of mood.
"Narratives," huh?

Here's how I think it went down (note: responses taken from real sovereign citizens) :
.............
Cop (notices fake license plate. Initiates stop)
Vern (stops, announces "I am a sovereign citizen. Under what authority are you detaining me?"
Cop: Let's see some ID
Vern (announces cop has no jurisdiction, says he's a journalist (note: journalists can get much closer to Trump than the crowd can)) Waves fake credentials (some of the ones from THIS document: https://info.publicintelligence.net/FBI-...tizens.pdf)
Cop: these aren't real. (proceeds to arrest Vern)
Vern (various protests about jurisdiction)
Cops (by now, multiple) check car. "Holy Expletives, Batman! Much weapon! Many ammos! Buncha passport! Weird id! If not assassin why assassin-shaped?" May equal "eats, shoots, and leaves for Venezuela or parts unknown"
Vern (says he's there to protect Trump (and in his mind, yes he certainly is) because FBI/CIA/UNESCO/USMC/MAGA/KAOS/U.N.C.L.E/MI-5/DOD/C.O.B.R.A./SHIELD/F.O.W.L (etc) have been ineffective in protecting Trump
Cops (highly annoyed by now and no way of immediately checking story) haul him off with note that in spite of the fluff, it might be a real assassination attempt.
....
Cue the tabloid headlines. Cue news sources running with it.
Much searching later reveals that yes, he's just an ordinary SC on a mission from G.L.O.D. or some such. Makes announcements.
Tabloids go wacky over this. Other news organizations go "sheesh." Comedians gleefully rub their hands.
They're a real headache for cops: https://www.theiacp.org/sites/default/fi..._bleed.pdf

Doesn't look like an assassination attempt.
Looks like a Trump supporter who didn't have the common sense to leave the guns at home.

Sounds about right.
even if it’s not I think we should go with this version.
