The crash in Philly was a Lear Jet, too.  Is there something wrong with these models from a hardware perspective? Or just pilot error?
Hmm..

No there’s nothing wrong with them. Planes break and things like this happen. The other day a Japan Airlines tried to taxi past a Delta 737 and didn’t have nearly enough room and hit them. Pilots try to take turns to fast, lose control and can’t stop in time, or just like in a car get distracted and go off the taxiway.

One dead, two critical, and one had to be extracted. The Lear belongs to Vince Neil of Motley Crue. The other aircraft is an IAI Gulfstream 200 belonging to WW Aviation LLC.  The one requiring extraction is the person that was killed, most likely one of the pilots.

The pilot was killed, the co-pilot, Vince Neil's girlfriend, and her friend were all transported. Injuries appear to be non life threatening.
